I just saw it on the Ableton website: Novation’s Launchpad! And what I saw is unbelievable great! It looks like a Monome, but has more controllers.
Launchpad consists of a 8×8 matrix built of multi-colored buttons and 16 buttons for other controls.
On the Ableton website there’s also a video showing what’s possible and I’m really really blown away…
But the story continues: LaunchPad will be available as of 1st of november. You can take it with you for just 199$ (or 149€)…just crazy…
This is definitly a must have for me…
